We have a DNN website. We want to include a blog within the website for SEO purposes and would like to use wordpress because of the templates and features. Can Wordpress be integrated into a DNN website and what is necessary to do this?

You cant integrate dnn and wordpress directly as they run on different platforms one running asp.net and the later running php.
 
It is possible however to run wordpress inside an IFRAME module on a dnn site - BUT there is not interaction between the two.  
That means no access to dnn security and roles etc.

As an alternative you may want to check out sunpress, nukepress and speedblog on snowcovered.  These are very full featured blogging engines that are totally integrated with dnn.
