Dear Colleagues!

We are ready to public new module for community. This module uses a lot of Telerik controls. We have bought Developer license from Telerik. But DotNetNuke already contains Telerik (probably all 5.x versions).

Do we have to include any information about license for Telerik into our new module? Or is it enough DotNetNuke contains Telerik license already?

Thanks in advance for any comments!

Sergey

For community modules, you should release it using the telerik wrappers.  Regardless, unless something changed, I think that the controls are redistributable in products.  This is one of the reasons I began using them years ago.  Their licensing was very flexible in this regard.

The last question in the telerik Licensing FAQs give you all of the background you need.
