I have this module on my home page (www.FoodFestGuide.com) and it correctly displays my text banners (source is the site vendors). But, when I click on the banner title, it simply directs me back to the home page. Here's the href for one of my banner titles:

http://www.foodfestguide.com/DesktopModules/Admin/Banners/BannerClickThrough.aspx?BannerId=21&VendorId=6&PortalId=11

Seems as thought the BannerClickThrough.aspx is not handling things correctly? Can anyone shed some light on this?

Many thanks, Joan

The first thing I would do is check that the banner has been configured properly under that Vendor on the Vendors page. It doesn't by chance point to the home page? Or a page that no longer exists?

Chris, thanks for the reply. I checked and had inadvertently left the url blank .  So, after fixing that the banner links work as expected.

However, I discovered another issue -- the RSS syndicate icon is not showing. Yes, I have Allow Syndicate checked in the module settings. What's more puzzling is that it does not show for any module (e.g., html, forum, etc.). I've come across other posts that suggests it's due to the ifinity url provider?

In the meantime, what url works for the banners? For the forum, I can use  http://www.foodfestguide.com/rss.aspx...
But this syntax isn't working for banners. Any suggestions? Fortunately I don't need to display the RSS icon, but I do need an rss feed url to work...

Thanks, Joan
