I am using DNN 5.6.1

ModuleAction_Click in Container.vb is called twice by eventhandler

I have a custom module that is registering action button event as below:

// register the ModuleAction_Click event for the custom module actions
Skin.GetParentSkin(this).RegisterModuleActionEvent(ModuleId, ModuleAction_Click);

The problem is that ModuleAction_Click in the custom module is called twice by the Container.vb event handler. I have break points set on ParentSkin.ActionEventListeners and it only has one event registered.

Any one has a idea why same event get called twice?
