When I'm using the HTML module why can't I use script tags for anything?
I wanted to add the Facebook XFBML button and Twitter feed but I've had to look for alternatives because of this problem.
Is there any way around it?

Thanks

You should be able to place Facebook scripts in the module header.  The HTML editors typically script out script tags for a bunch of very good reasons.  To get around this:

  1. Open the module Settings
  2. Expand the Advanced Settings
  3. Paste your facebook code in the Header Section (works in footer section as well)
  4. Save
You should now see your Facebook badge, fan box, etc within the module.  NOTE: If you plan to also include Text/HTML content in the module you can show your FB code above or below your text based on using either header or footer in the advanced section.

Good luck!
