Always failed to insert image after upload the image file in the Image Manager
I'm always failed to insert the just uploaded image file immediately after upload it.
The reason I found is that it has actually insert the image html code to the editor. but it's width and height is zero.

Manually solution is reset its width an height.
But how to fix it?
