Dear All,
I just joined the forum for a problem on which cannot find a solution. I do not think there is a specific thread here, but I could be wrong. I explain briefly what has happened. I upgraded from version 5.6.2 to 6.0.0. After that I notice html forms see the title and not the content. Logging in as host each module reported an error. I have not transcribed, but I managed to solve it by following the instructions found on another forum. That is: I deleted the HTML folder from the App_Code folder through FTP client and correct WebConfig file. At this point I could properly display HTML forms, but I could not change the contents. Same thing for the newly created modules: after typing the content for publication, and after saving it, module displayed "add content ...", or as if I had never written anything. I thought the error could be corrected after the 6.0.2 update, but nothing has changed. Has anyone encountered a similar problem and knows how to solve it without reloading 5.6.2 backup? May be useful to add that instead of the other modules are working properly.
Excuse for my bad english.

I notice just now the problem occurs only using the "Rich Text Editor". The "Basic Text Box", instead, seems to work correctly.

Hi,

It sounds like you might not have the new HTML Editor Manager. Could you check the Host menu?

If not, check out this post and follow Westa's installation instructions (4th post) http://www.dotnetnuke.com/Resources/Forums/forumid/108/threadid/424745/scope/posts/threadpage/1.aspx

Once installed, you will need to use the manager to set your editor of choice (recommend DNNRadEditor) and also customise the editor toolbar.

Hope that helps!

Hi,
thanks to your suggestion, it was very useful. I checked the html manager and found that the default was still FCK editor. It was enough to switch to the new Rad Editor.

Thank you again.
