Hi.

I installed a new instance of 6.1 community edition but when I tried to install all available modules via the url method:

http://www.mywebsite.com/install/install.aspx?mode=installresources

None of the available modules are installed and this is the site response:

Installing Resources
Install Resources Status Report
00: - Installing Optional Modules:
00: - Installing Optional Skins:
00: - Installing Optional Containers:
00: - Installing Optional Languages:
00:00:00.015 - Installing Optional Providers:
00:00:00.015 - Installing Optional AuthSystems:
00:00:00.015 - Installing Optional Packages:
Installation Complete

What do I need to do differently to succeed with this method or is this method removed/no longer available in 6.1 ?

Thanks,
Bill

Thanks, Bill

By default the available resources are all stored with a .resouces extension appended to the end, this gets them to bypass the auto-install process for security. Any/all items that you want to have installed you will need to remove the .resources extension and make sure that they are .zip in the respective /install/ folder.
