I am recovering from a total crash of all my sites  thanks to my hosting, and  I am talking it as a lesson to back up all you've got.

I haven't been looking into this field before and  I don't  know what is my best bet but the idea is to be able to have a module that would make a complete back up of  the install and database, to make sure that  if something happens and  I loose my sites again I can just use the back up that would be easy to use and I should be able to just click a few buttons to have my sites running, or move the back up to another hosting if I've had enough with this one.

Please recommend me any modules that you think are good for this. thank you

AFAIR there is no module from inside DNN, we use Website Panel (www.websitepanel.net) to provide this option to our hosting clients. The best module for backups from within DNN, I know of, is Evotiva (http://www.evotiva.com/Products/DNNBackup.aspx).

I also use websitepanel and it does backs up the database but it does not back up files.... Evotiva... I used to have it sometime ago but it got expired before I knew it... not one of the affordable solutions...
