I've downloaded the files for the DNN Content Rotator v3.0 but I'm having trouble installing it to my site. The user manual it came with isn't very clear and I haven't been able to find a useful tutorial either.

I'm paying for the use of DNN's Help Desk but it's not clear on the main site how to access that feature. Any advice with anyone who has experience with the content rotator would be greatly appreciated.

im not sure what you mean by "dnns help desk" but if you mean you're a PE or EE customer, then the support network login details will be in the email you received on purchase - you can click http://www.dotnetnuke.com/Resources/Support/Overview.aspx ot visit. However DotNetNuke professional/enterprise support is for code we ship, we cannot support 3rd party modules, so its best to raise it with the vendor
