Fresh clean default install of DNN62 Community edition.

Problem with directory traversal and listing of resources.  Can see, modify and delegate via File manager without issues but using the default radeditor image manager it is not possible to see files designated as Standard security view+browse+write of any files or folders.  Can see this issue has been reported in previous version but no hint as to a patch or fix being made available.

This is a basic need in a CMS system for assigned users and I am even logged in as HOST administrator but still can use the image file manager... whats up with that ???
