Hi everyone,

I have a third party module installed, but for some reason, when I want to add it to a page, the module just doesn't show in the module list. I have chosen All categories (DNN 6.1.5) , the module is not premium module, and it is not assigned to any portal (so it should be visible to all). Did anyone encounter this? Also i cannot choose to assign the module to the main portal, only one subportal appears in the list.

Any thought would be appreciated.

 Cheers!

Hi Istvan, please check in Host > Extensions details of the module. There needs to be at least one module definition with controls assigned.

Cheers from Germany,

Yes, there is a module definition with controls, but still, the module cannot be seen in the list. Interesting thing is that I can't even assign the module to the default portal, because it isn't in the list (when viewing the module details in Host -> Extensions). Any thoughts?
