Hi

In DNN 6.2, Host -> Search Admin, I have changed

Minimum Word Length to 1

Include Common Words to ticked

Include Number to ticked,

then done an Update and Re-Index Content.

The search still does not work for two letter words. For example the search works ok for "c7 valve" but not for "c7".

Any ideas?

AFAIR there is a minimum length of 3 (otherwise the search indexer store would be massive)

Yes I know what you mean. In this particular website however it contains several products which are referred to commonly and worldwide by a 2 digit code.

If I turned common words off, is there a way I can adjust it (even in the code somewhere) to enable 2 characters in the search?

many thanks
