Hi,Development Environment:1. VS 20102. SQL Server 2008 R23. DotNetNuke_Community_06.02.01_Install4. .Netframework 4Now I download chris template and past in template project folder under web folder. I open the VS 2010 with administrative right and select create new project. select DNN template and give the Module name and uncheck the solution checkbox.Then i have the following errorThe local IIS URL http://dnndev/desktopmodules/mymodulename specified for Web project DemoWebsite has not been configured. In order to open this project the virtual directory needs to be configured. Would you like to create the virtual directory now?I click on Yes then new error window openCreation of the virtual directory http://dnndev/desktopmodule/mymodulename failed with the error: could not find the server http://dnndev/ on the local machine.after nothing in the project solution windows.What i have to do now .

Edit your hosts file as per the instructions on the template site.
Add
127.0.0.1 dnndev
open notepad as administrator to edit it.
