One of my sites is set up so certain pages may be edited by specific users assigned to a security role that allows them to edit those pages. They are not set up as administrators, but those pages are set up where users with these roles may edit the pages. Modules already on the pages are available for them to edit, however, the HTML module is not available to them to add to those pages from the DNN Toolbar. When they select Add Module from the toolbar, other modules populate the list and are available to them, but the HTML module is not. I am not aware of any specific settings that would prohibit this. I will appreciate any assistance. Thanks.

Edit the module via Admin->Extensions and check the Deploy Module settings.

That worked perfect...thanks. My problem was that I was accessing extensions from the Host menu instead of the Admin menu.
