Hi, I have got youtube videos working on my DNN v5.6.3 site using the HTML module.

Everything is working but just wanted to know if there was a way of forcing the video quality to either 720p or 1080p rather than the 360p default quality ?

Hopnig someone has cracked this with a bit of code or whatever

You used to be able to set this as one of the many parameters.  However, it has been depreciated. You didn't have full control over the specific HD quality, but you could specify whether the video played in HD or not.  This isn't something specific to DNN by the way.  This is a feature and limitation of the YouTube API.

Thanks Will,

I thought that might be the case from other snippets I have read while searching.

Found this thread which suggests it can be done but only with some JavaScript API which is way over my head but thought someone on here may have some kind of fix/workaround:

That's basically talking about the same thing.  The methods that they used in the past have been depreciated.  YouTube isn't as good as other services when it comes to things like this.
