Events module required with ability for non DNN Users to submit events.

I was hoping someone could point me in the right direction for a module (or developer to create, or modify the DNN Events module) that has the following features:

1. The same or similar look and feel to the built in DNN Events module.
2. Events appear in the Events calendar view which links to a Detailed view page.
3. Events can be submitted (via a form) by non registered DNN users.
4. The submitted event appears as pending on the calendar, a DNN user must approve the Event before is it visible on the Events calendar.

DNN Requirements:
Compatible with DNN 5.1.4

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
