Hi,

I want to create module that module create ContactUs page for different user following is my requirement.

1) Admin User logs-in to DNN

2) Click on "settings" for the Contact Module

3) A modal window would pop-up where Admin Users could choose which lead attributes they want to appear on the form.  We're thinking a screen with two list columns where all potential Lead Attributes are listed by default in the Left-hand column, and User can drag and drop the ones they want over to the Right-hand column, then order how they want them to appear on the form.

4) Hit save to close.

please anyone duide me how i can achived this with DNN, please help me.

Well, not with these Drag&Drop features etc., but you can try to use helferlein_Form to create whatever form you need.
