All the Form elements on Pages Module works except for the permissions. Check boxes are display for what type of permissions you want to grant but I am unable to check any of the boxes. (Mouse clicks don't seem to register.)

I have to use the following work around by going to more options link and change the page permissions there.

It seems like that you have used some customized script on the page which is causing the checkboxes not to work. We have faced similar issues in past as well i.e. the default UI functionality of module stops working if you have some customized  script on the page .

Can you check the same after removing the script if any ?
