I haven't run across this type of functionality in any module that I have seen, but it wouldn't be too hard to create this as a custom module.  Have you looked in to having a module developed for you?

Actually I'm looking for both ideas to modules that would be able to handle this functionality nad offerings from any company who would want to create this module for us.

I was looking at the Xmod Pro module to create this myself, but if someone already had created it, it could save me a few hours I guess.

In the end, I'm looking for some way to determine what a feature like this should cost. I would like to make it as cheap as possible to our client, while still having the full power and flexibility needed :)
