I am having two visibility problems with the Member Directory:

1. In the Member Directory, registered users can't see email addresses, not even their own. Only admins can see them. All the other profile properties show up (name, title, organization), except email. The Email property is not listed in the User Profile list, and I can't figure out a way to set its visibility so that all registered users can see email addresses. The client does not want to use the Send Message feature.

2. The site has two groups. Currently, users can only see the member directory for the group they are a part of. The client wants all registered users to be able to see the members of both groups.

I have tried many different permissions setting to try to fix these things but haven't been successful. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
