I'm looking to find a module similar to the one shown here: http://www.mblwebdesign.com/

Ideally to have a scrolling wrapper with images that can be linked to videos - does anyone know of a DNN compatible module that would do this?

I did something similar to what you are looking for using the Repository Module.  you should be able to modify the template to provide for a scrolling showing of pictures linked to the videos.  See http://www.thevwc.org/vwc/InterestAreas/WoodCarversGroup/WoodCarversVideos.aspx . In this case I chose not to have picture references;but they are easy to add.
