you can look at the url. It will tell you the module you are in and the control key there will let you know which ascx page you are viewing.

DNN currently only supports one primary view on a normal page.  

This is the view you declare as View in your module config.

All other views are accessed using mid= , ctl= query string values - you can query those values in your code to find out what view is being displayed.

But - in reality - since ascx controls are instanced onto the page only when needed - for what exact reason are you wanting to work out which control is being displayed?     The page_load event of ONLY the controls that are currenly loaded will ever be fired during any one page cycle - this will tell you that the control is loaded.
