First off just want to say love the new site!

My situation is I am building a DNN site for a person who owns a small custom car shop and deals with mostly vintage vehicles.  He sells a lot of new and used parts.

What we need is an eCom solution that has a manager approval built in before items can be purchased.  This is because there has been a lot of problems with people ordering the wrong items and then going through the hassle of returns etc.  So the owner just wants some oversight where he can see the order, email the customer if needed to verify, then approve the order and let it process.

Is there anything like this?  I am having a really hard time finding a solution.
