Hi

Using DNN7.0.6, when DNNRadeditor is open, regual content is displayed in Times, however once saved it shows correctly on the pages as Arial (as Normal is defined as Arial).

It seems that in Edit mode, DNNRadEditor does not apply 'Normal' to the editor area.

How can I get content to appear in the editor as it does on the page?

Thanks

Phil

This is kind of a guess... but, is your editor showing in a popup window? If so, the popup windows get a different set of CSS (mostly because it excludes your skin and some other stuff)... That could be the issue.

I think the popup does get the portal css file, so, you could potentially add a line there to correct it...

Hope this helps,

Mike

The radeditor tries to work out what css classes are in your skin - but depending on how the skin is setup this can sometimes not work out correctly ... basically when a skin uses subfiles or dynamic loading of skin elements - the radeditor cant work out what classes should be loaded.

So - the way to make things work for those sort of skins - is that you need to include a special css file in your skin folder - that is normally named editor.css.   The file should contain any classes that you want to have available in the html editor. once you set the file up - go into the  Host -> HTML Editor Manager - and there is a field in the profile area where you can set the file name correctly -  note make sure you include the backslash so that the file is located relative to your skin root folder -  /editor.css
