This has been reported a few times, from the project site itself (https://dnnmedia.codeplex.com/release...) to various places on this site http://www.dnnsoftware.com/searchresu...;NB:1&ie=UTF-8&q=4.2.2 - simply put the 4.4.2 media module package is incorrect and it will not install. I see someone posted an alternative package on the issue @ https://dnnmedia.codeplex.com/workite... -you could try that.
