Hi everyone,

I'm still learning my way around DNN, and just created my first skin. I'm using the HTML module all over the place, but I have the problem that it keeps rendering a H2 with an empty SPAN inside it even though I deleted the module title. How can I get it to stop rendering the tags for the module title when I'm not using it?

Create an additional container, which is not displaying the title.

Modules w/o a title are hard to manage (especially multiple on the same page).

Connections Education,

as I have the impression that you are very new to DNN, I give you an example (or actually, there is one provided in your DNN installation): In the folder /Portals/_default/Containers/Aphelia, you can find two containers (Title.ascx and NoTitle.ascx) - have a look at the differences using a text editor (there are also no so called "Action Buttons" in the NoTitle container!), and then make a copy of the container you want to use, delete the line that displays the title and save it as something like "My_NoTitleContainer.ascx". You then can assign this container to the module.

As Sebastian says, maintenance gets a nightmare if you use " " or something alike as the title, esp. if you have more than one modules without on the same page.

Best wishes
Michael
