Hi there - can you please help with this.

I have the helferlein_Form 2.3.9 (installed few days ago; of course with bebel and patch), up and running... all ok, then suddenly few hours ago it just stop working with the message "Error when sending the email. Please try again later."

I have checked smtp's with hosting provider triple check everything (to underline, in last few days nothing has been done on the form, or the site itself) - so, the hosting provider's support saying "it's something wrong with the form"...

Does anyone had experience ever something like this?

This is the error:

(FYI, I am using the form for years now on few dozens sites and never had any problems – and on few dnn7.2.2 sites as well)

Has anyone please seen this and can anyone advise what shall be done to sort out the form.

Thank you.

Hi Den,

I would advise you to contact the creator of this module, he would be the best person to give advise to sort the problem out.

The person to contact is Michael Tobisch or contact him through codeplex.

Hope this helps,

Regards,

Geoff

Mailbox unavailable. The server response was:  No such user here

This is the message from the destination mail server.

It's only the email you try send to is wrong.

Thank you guys for reply.

@ Geoff - yes, i did contact him and hopefully he might have some solution.

@ Sasha - that is obvious, but it's not actually what it is. As I have mention, the form was working just fine, the suddenly stop. In the form settings, the receiving email can be any email address - practically nothing to do with destination email (well, I used on dozens sites with dozens variations - and they are working fine). On this particular form itself, any destination email is not working - but with hours with hosting provider on the phone, the error "was pointed between form and smtp relay" - so my main confusion is "what happen that caused problem between the form and smtp relay". I was hopping someone else might have similar experience.

Thank you once more.
