All but the home page on second portal gives 404 error.

I have an odd issue where a second portal on my installation was working and now after someone installed a dnnspot shopping cart module all the pages except the default page at http://www.womenoflibertypac.com gives the following error, the installation is running fine in the sub directory and only this particular portal is affected, the main site www.libertarianwomen.com is still working fine and hitting the initial page works, just can't click on any other page of that particular portal:

Server Error in '/directory' Application.

The resource cannot be found.

Beth,
which version of DNN are you using, what has been changed before the error showed up for the first time?
if it is correlated to installation of a 3rd party module, did you try the developer/vendor of the module for support?
