I'm looking for a module which simply teasers some pages (mainly under the same navigation-item) - filtered there by criteria - on the homepage (or wherever I place this module).

I found the content list-module which gives me only "tags" to specify the pages (as I understand it) but how am I to set the tags (as I only can choose them at the content list-module). So, basically I want to know how that module works and if its the right one for my concern.

Content list module requires them modules, which are providing the content, to have their items tagged with those taxonomy keys, unfortunately there are just a few modules supporting it.

Thanx Sebastian (I'm in Karlsruhe as well, heard of you already :))

I looked into the content list - but didn't get how the tags work. I found a place at adminitrator-settings to create tags - but could see them in content list's tag-dropdown.

And probably my goal-pages do not support the taxonomy...

Hi Tanja,

nice to meet someone from same town in www.

The tokens you add as admin should be available in the Tags dropdown for content.

Which version of DNN are you running?

Btw: German spoken DNN forums might be found at www.dnn-usergroup.de

Cheers from Germany,

Hi Sebastian,

ah, very good, a German DNN-Forum - just registered.

The DNN-version is 7.3.1 - BUT: it started with 6.something and was kind of - how to say it politically correct? - fiddled around with not quite as it should have.

So this could be a reason why I cannot see the 2 tags on the content list-module I've created successfully as admin.

So, atleast I'm on the right way, eaven on our system it's not quite working. So, if you don't mind, I'd rather wait until we re-updated (cause we've been told our update-path was not the correct one) and try again if I'm able to see the tags.

So, thanx a lot from now - will get back (propably than on the German-usergroup-forum, where I'm sure will meet you again, aren't I?)

 Greez Tanja
