So I just upgraded my DNN from 7.1.2 to 7.3.3 and it broke telerik editor, when I click on edit it doesn't show any content yet I can see the content in preview and on the page. I checked the Telerik version and its 7.3.3 instead of 7.3.4. I tried 'install new extension' to upgrade and it time out. what else can I do?

Thanks

you should use either install Extension wizard or upload file to /install/Provider and browse /install/install.aspx?mode=installresources
if the installer times out, you should ensure, the database is in a good shape (eventlog table has less than 1000 rows and Transaction log is small)
