I am in the process of developing an auto trader type site that would also link users with insurers. I need a form module that would allow a user to fill out a form for a particular insurer and send it to them in PDF form. BUT it also needs to save this information on the server and be accessed by specific users: Super user(obviously), the user that made the entry, and the insurance rep user. I will have multiple insurance company representatives as users and they should only be allowed to view the entries directed at them.

Any suggestions as to modules I can use to achieve this would be much appreciated. Any other advice on the matter is also welcomed.

I think you can do this with ActionForm from DNNSHARP extended with one of their add-ons for creating the pdf. It can store the forminput in tables and also can send it by email f.i.

Ditto ActionForm for this with the PDF extension. I wouldn't even bother looking at other form modules.

For viewing the data, you could also use ActionGrid as a companion to ActionForm. Control access view standard DNN security. 

I swear I do not work for DNNSharp and Bogdan has no incriminating photographs of me.
