In my site admin-> Event log i found this error, can you guys help me how to fix this issue. It keeps generating more often

it looks like for some reason an invalid userID is returned, did you hard delete users from DNN?

I didn't hard delete any users. Few days back we moved the site from shared host server to our own server.

did you make sure, your sql server is using same collation?
