I rewrite my question with more accuracy because I am afraid it was bad write:

in a new page I use the extension "form and list" at 6.1.0 version. I wish that each user,  after make login at website,  insert in this page their own data (name, surname, city, etc) and one or more images. For get the upload of these users image, I add a control "image" type into my form but when I run my site, make login and go in my perosnal page for insert  my images, I can choose only website path. I can not choose a file system path (for ex. c:\image\products\myimage123.jpg). where am I doing wrong?

if I insert a url type (a link to an external resource) I can insert only a url. 

I'd like to choice into a window one  file on my hard disk. 

other ideas?
