hi everyone
in my website I have to create personal dashboard page for every user visible only to owner. 
How can I do this?

These capabilities are baked into the cake.  You might have to spend some time experimenting and reviewing tutorials but there is a lot of online help available.  

In my installations often time I begin by redirect users to the Activity Feed page or Profile page after logging in.   Then I Customize permissions on pages and modules to personalize the experience for specific roles.  That's just a starting point...

note that not all modules Support personalization, i.e. Content per user. you may use Journal or configure FormAndList module to Display user items only.
