We are using the Form and List module.

There is a field called TIME which we would like to use for people to select a time to make an appointment. It has a full 24 hour clock available for selection (but our office isn't open 24-7).
So we were wondering if it's possible to  restrict this time field to office hours only please? (so users can only select the hours we specify e.g. 9-5)

thanks.

You could configured that field's Validation Rule to use a RegEx to validate. RegEx can be pretty tricky to figure out. You might be better off using a Text field and defining a list of values.
