​I tried to install Q&A module but uninstalled it back when I realized it wasnt functioning. However I keep getting its event failure on my event log as follows:

EXCEPTION:Could not load file or assembly 'DotNetNuke.Modules.DNNQA' or one of its dependencies. The system cannot find the file specified.

Accepted Answer 
check Host > Scheduler and disable/delete the QA Task.
Obviously there is an issue for not uninstalling correctly.
