Not sure why, but when I have a module, in my footer area, and I click on Display Module on All Pages, the module does actually appear, but the module title does not "travel" with them???  For example, the first module is using a container, container12 let's say.  It has a title of "Motto".  On the home page, the title of Motto shows along with the text in the html. When I look at the other pages in my site, the information inside of the html module is present, i.e. the information I want on all pages, and the module on the secondary page does in fact state that is using Contain12, the Display Container option is checked, but the "Module Title" box is empty!

I want, not just the html module information to travel, but also the title.  Going into the site and changing the title on each and every page is not really a good option.  Why is it doing this?

the module title should be used for all pages, however, the module might use Default Container, which doesn't include display of the title.
