Hi,

I have created a new  slider using my online Slider Revolution account and exported the slider as an HTML zip file.

When I tried to import it on my website using ‘WSC Slider Revolution Importer’, I am getting below error.

"Critical error has occurred. Please check the event viewer for further details"

I then checked the admin logs and below is the error log :

Anybody came across similar issue before?

Can anyone please advise the solution to get it resolved.
