How does one change the date format in the ADD/EDIT area in EVENTS from MM/DD/YYYY to DD/MM/YYYY ?

I've tried changing the from culture="en-US" to culture="en-AU" but that doesn't help.

When I pick a date from the calendar popup, it automatically places a MM/DD/YYYY date.

Please help.

You need to set your language to en-AU (English (Australian)) under your user preferences. This may mean you need to add a language under Host/Languages.

Cheers

Having added a language, you can then set it as the site default (for new users) by setting it under Admin/Site Settings/Advanced Settings/Other Settings. This will then set this language as the default for new users. Logged on users can set their language in their Profile.

Users who aren't logged on will have their language set by their browser settings. In IE this is Tools/Internet Options/Gernal tab/Languages. There was also a bug (which may have been fixed by now), where someone logged on using stored credentials (Remember Login) would also have their language set by their browser settings.

Shout if you need more.

Roger
