Alan:  I just tried your site as well, and enrollments do not work either.  I tried to enroll for the May 28th event, I got the prompt to enroll, hit the OK button, got sent back to the calendar view, then checked 'My Enrollments' and the event was not listed there at all.  While the redirection occured to the calendar view after clicking that "OK" button, this is what I was in the activity bar in IE on the bottom left for about a split second:

Waiting for http://avanced.net/Default.aspx?tabid=119&def=ErrorMessage...

So I'm assuming an error had occurred when trying to enroll for the event.

Simon, the default enrollment requires that someone approve (an Admin or a Moderator).  Emails are sent out automatically to the moderator (if one is assigned and an email provider).  From there, the Moderator would sign on and either approve/disapprove the enrollment...optionally they can send an email to the requestor.

As for the date/time on the notification.  There are two opportunities for this to screw up....1) we are using the DNN tables for TimeZone adjustment.  They currently do not support TimeZone adjustment.  2) there may be an issue in the module, but TimeZone offsets are based upon the DNN TimeZone.xml table...if this is wrong, then the module will not work, as you state.

Guys, please turn of caching on the module instance...TURN ON Friendly URLs on the Hosting Panel!!!  Also, make sure you have cookies enabled on the browser...try it w/IE 6.0 or above with the default settings.

All is at DNN 4.51 defaults. Cache is a zero, Friendly URL's on.. and cookies are of course on.... I never mess with my browser defaults because I'm building websites that have to work in typical end-user scenarios. I've tested this now in IE6, IE7 and FF2 all patched up to date.

The script error may well be a conflict with something else new such as the DNN label edit tools. I've already reported and Jon dealt with one such conflict recently. Apart from that I don't know what else to add.

Alan, if there are no possible culprits in your mind for any of the errors, I could set you up a fresh 4.51 on my server and let you on it as host to check it out. Let me know.

Rob

OK.  We did find an issue w/Enrollments and a few other issues (multi-day events, etc.).  We have made corrections and they have been posted to the site (www.avanced.net).  Please try this version and see what, if any other issues are found.  Thanks.

Hi Alan,

Did you include the changes I proposed? If not, that's fine. I just need a stable release to include them into, then I'll go with that release for a while.

Cheers
Roger Selwyn
