I have upgraded a site to DNN 4.5.1 and installed the update to Events 3.3.7. I had no erros during installs and the site runs without errors. BUT the Events module does not appear to have updated. The layout and Settings are for the older module. The message to update the settings did not appear on the existing modules. I have uploaded the Events module again with the PA install and received no errors. But none of the new features and updates are there. I can removed the module as I would lose the data from the current users. Where to go from here?

What version of the module were you running prior to the upgrade?  Were you running AVCalendar or the DNN Events module?

If you were running AVCalendar, then you will need to manually create an instance of the new module and import the AVCalendar Events into this new instance.

Otherwise, the Events module was intended to upgrade the original DNN Events module...and does perform this when installed.
