I'm running DNN 4.4.1 (original install upgraded from 3.1).  I'm running the Events module version 3.1.0 with hundreds of events across dozens of portals.  I upgraded a test copy of my site to Events v3.3.8 and now all events are gone!  The Events table is empty in the database.

I assume the SQL for the install drops and recreates the table or some other behavior that removes all events?  Is this by design?  If so, is there any way to save old event when you upgrade?

Thanks for any help you can provide.

I know we did test the Upgrade from 3.2.0 Events to 3.3.x.  And, I know we tested 3.1.x to 3.2.x upgrade...  I guess we never tested from 3.1.x to 3.3.x.  I believe the 3.2.0 is still available...you might try staging the upgrade:  1st apply 3.2.0...then you should be able to upgrade to 3.3.x.

I have the same/similar problem. Is there any additional info regarding this?

I just updated my DNN installation...2.0.4->2.1.2->3.2.2->4.0.2->4.3.7-4.6.2. I only updated the modules at the conclusion of the final install. My Events module is 3.3.8.

I did notice that all my events are still in the [Events] table. The [PortalID] field was NULL for all records, so I updated it to my [PortalID] value. Still none of my events display.

This module could potentially be a key component of my portal as it appears to have all the features I'm looking for. I hope the issues with this version can be ironed out quickly and I hope that someone can provide an answer regarding the "missing" events.
