Could somebody tell me please, what's the difference between:

- notify only

- enroll only

- notify and enroll

I cannot find an explanation in documentation.

I was waiting to see the reply just like you.  As best as I can tell

notify puts you on a list to receive email updates about the event such as changes, cancellations and a reminder

enroll puts you on a list of people who say they will attend

notify and enroll puts you in both lists.

AFAIK that's what it means
