I am receiving the followiing error message: "Event Viewer is currently unavailable" intermittently on a production web site. I have tried deleting the Events module and adding it again, and still get the same behavior. Here are my specifics:

Events module version: 03.03.08

Here is some additional information related to this problem. This can be reliably reproduced on our system when the "Default Module View" parameter is set to List. If this is set to Month the problem is not exhibited. It seems unaffected by the presence or lack of event entries in the module.

 

I hope this helps a little bit.

As a workaround, you can try to disable categories in the module settings.
