Hello,

We have an events calendar on our website and we allow all users to publish content for review to the calendar.  After a DNN update the add event button has disappeared when you open the page.  When you log into the site as an admin you can still add event but it has disappeared for everyone else.  The site is http://www.hpisd.org/Calendars/Activities/tabid/129/Default.aspx if you want to see it.

Thanks for any help,

Chris Cunningham

Perhaps this post can help: Only Admins can Add Events. How can others?

Thank you for the help Michael, unfortunately I had already tried adding "all users" to have edit mode rights.  When I try to switch between view and edit mode at the top of the page, it won't let me switch to edit mode.  Any suggestions.

Chris

I just checked it, and you're right, it doesn't work for all users, only for registered users. You mentioned that it worked until an upgrade. Did you upgrade DNN or the Events module? From which version did you upgrade?

What container are you using?

Does the container include the ACTIONBUTTONs?
