I have been setting up this site today and all was well. When I got home I noticed this error on the home page in the events module. This module uses the list view and pulls all the other calendars in the website in the SubCalanders section. When I go to the other calendars on the website they are all fine.

When I visit one or more of the working calendars and then go back to the home page the calander works! Firefox also seems to display this website unusually.

I am providing the error message below:

Error: Upcoming Events is currently unavailable.
DotNetNuke.Services.Exceptions.ModuleLoadException: Object reference not set to an instance of an object. ---> System.NullReferenceException: Object reference not set to an instance of an object. at DotNetNuke.Modules.Events.SelectCategory.get_SelectedCategory() at DotNetNuke.Modules.Events.EventList.BindDataGrid() at DotNetNuke.Modules.Events.EventList.Page_Load(Object sender, EventArgs e) --- End of inner exception stack trace ---

This is a known bug which will be fixed in the next release - http://support.dotnetnuke.com/issue/ViewIssue.aspx?id=7231&PROJID=11. Alternatively you can tick 'Disable Category Select' in the module settings, but of course you will lose the ability to filter by category.
