I LOVE AV Calendar! The Master/Sub calendar model is just brilliant! And, the calendar list view provides a wonderful way to quickly display a list of upcoming events that is easy to read.

I understand that the project cannot meet the needs of everybody, but I do have some suggestions. We use AV Calendar for our public school website (List view at http://www.peckschools.org/Portal/tabid/52/Default.aspx or click “Calendar” under the “District” menu.) Here are my suggestions:

- It would be nice if we didn’t have to specify start and end times for events, instead only start/end dates. This is would be useful for general events surrounding schools such as: no school during spring break week, picture day, lunch menu, 1/2 day of school, etc.
- On the calendar list view module it would be great if we could determine if the start time is displayed separately from the start date. Currently we can only display Title, start date & time, end date & time.
- I like the ability to select start/end times from a list by a predetermined interval (i.e. 30 minutes). However, it would also be very useful if we could enter the time directly. This would allow us to handle those few odd events that start at unique times during the day because of school bell schedules, such as 11:12 AM. With a large number of involved people we need to communicate a consistent message. A teacher who decides to release their students at 11:00 instead of 11:12 during school can cause all sorts of problems for us.
