Thanks guys on my previous question.  I appreciate the quick and efficient response.

I have 1 main alendar on a page that is visible by all users.  I also on another page that is only visible by admins, 10 calendar.  Each calendar represents a motel room.

the main calendar is visible to all potential guests to determine if a vacancy exists.  My question is....

If 9 of the 10 subcalendars have a "event for that day and 1 does not, i do not want the main calendar to show anythign and remain blank which would signifiy a vacancy is available.  Is this possible?

Hmm, thought I'd replied to this earlier, but the site was playing up.

I guess this would be possible, but would need code change, so isn't supported by the module at this time.

Cheers
Roger

Actually upon pondering this some more, would it not be a true assumption to think that the population of the main calendar is just a stored procedure from the datatbase?  if so, could someone point me in the direction as to where the stored procedures are located for an event module?

Thanks again and I apologoize for being a pain.

Accepted Answer

Mike,

Yes the data is retrieved using a stored procedure, but with a fair amount of processing in program code. The Stored Procedures are all stored in your database and will begin with the name 'Events'. They may also have an objectqualifier on  the start if you specified one when you built your site.

Cheers
Roger
