Is there a way to "hide" events when the max enrollment  is reached? Plus is there a way to have  [noEnrolments] of [MaxEnrollments], preferably in the tile of the event.

Thanks

No, you can't hide a full enrolled event, but the "enroll"-icon will next to the event name will change when full.
The tokens to template are: [event:noenrollments] and [event:maxenrollments]. See "template help" in settings for all available tokens.

Cheers
Renato
